Tura is a high-population, non-agricultural, industrial world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.

Description (Astrography & Planetology)

Tura is the largest moon of the innermost gas giant in its solar system, a Neptune-sized planet called Merot in a somewhat eccentric orbit that has swept the system clear of what would have been its major asteroid belt.
