Tsuchi supports a population of fewer than 10,000 sophonts. This world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions make it dangerous to visitors.  There is a habitat or settlement for criminals or exiles from other worlds here. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Zeda Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Amec Trade Protectorate and the Domain of Vland. Tsuchi, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. During the Long Night this world was named Emaam Uun.

History and background

Established in 1113 as a prison colony for the Amec Trade Protectorate to house their worst criminals outside the protectorate's space. The construction crew consists of low risk convicts, building underground prison habitats and developing the starport. The presence of the prison gives the world its amber rating.
