History & Background (Dossier)
This low tech world was settled by various religious factions during the initial period of settlement following the end of the Vargr Campaigns. These factions vehemently disagreed over matters of theological truth, and the Imperium had to intervene several times to prevent the locals from killing each other in internecine religious wars. Despite the Imperium's efforts, several local nations managed to acquire stockpiles of low tech thermonuclear weaponry. When the Irrgh Manifest appeared in 1116, the local governments banded together and threatened to use their stockpiles upon the "demonic invaders."
Not wanting to instigate a massacre, and enticed by richer targets elsewhere, the Manifest interdicted the world and pressed on elsewhere. At some point in the 1130s the nations fell to blows again, and this time without any off-world restraint, destroyed nearly seventy percent of the world's settlements in a quick brutal exchange of firepower. The survivors lingered on for a decade longer, before their damaged life support systems failed for lack of spare parts.
World Starport (Sp)
Tsetsurri has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.

Humaniti, population 95%

World Law Level (L)
This world has a moderate level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Personal concealable firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
