Description (Specifications)
They are a major ethnic subdivision of the Minor Human Race the Iltharan. The other ethnicities are the High Iltharan and the Akakhad. A colony of Iltharans settled on Gaajpadje (Reaver's Deep 1124) and are now know as the K'Tring
