Expands the UWP Law Level code (e.g. B) into a text summary from Law Level/summary.

Parameters are:

  • Name = Name of the world for starting the lead paragraph
  • Law = one of the Law Level codes. These need to match the type and order in the Law Level/summary. Add new ones if required.
