Expands the UWP Atmosphere code (e.g. B) into a text summary from Atmosphere/summaries.
Parameters are:
- Name = Name of the world for starting the lead paragraph
- Atmo Code = one of the Atmosphere codes. These need to match the type and order in the Atmosphere/summaries. Add new ones if required.
