Adds a citation for an fact or opinion which was published at an external site like one of the many forums or social media sites. Keep in mind not all of these links are permanent and may disappear after some time. This can also be used to cite material published in books not included in the Ludography.

Parameters are:

citeName: A name for this citation. Used by the ref tag to allow multiple reference to the same citation
author: Author of this factoid, defaults Anonymous.
source: URL or reference to the original publication of this factoid.
