This is a infobox template for starships, space ships, and other space capable vehicle designs.

This template also stores data in the Starship Cargo table. This means the format of the elements is more specific and picky. The parameters to the template are parsed and inserted into tables in the database for query through Cargo.

designSystem The design system and version of Traveller used to generate the build. pick: Book 2, High Guard, MegaTraveller, TNE, T4, Traveller D20, GURPS Traveller, Mongoose 1st, Mongoose 2nd, Traveller 5th. Use comma separated list if there is more than one. Optional Text

Parameter Formatting

Each parameter has an expected format of the entry as shown in the "Formatting" column. The values there have the following meanings:

  • Text - any text. Since this is for the Infobox, try to be really brief (6 words or less)
    • No formatting. Avoid using any wiki formatting in the field as the template applies formatting
    • Page - No Formatting or brackets. Use the full name of the page as the field, but the template will apply the brackets to create links.
    • Page - Include brackets. This is expected to be a link to a page. Or two.
  • Number - A simple number like 11 or 42.7. Do not include any other text for the parameter.
  • Boolean A Boolean field. Enter only "Yes" or "No".
