Expands the trade code (e.g. Bc) into a text summary from Imperial Nobility/summary.
Parameters are:
- name = Name of the world for starting the lead paragraph
- Noble = List of nobility codes. These need to match the type and order in the Imperial Nobility/summary. Add new ones if required.
- paragraph= true or false: Set true to have the bullet list version of the summary
