Notes (2018)[edit]

  1. EXTERNAL LINK: What is the difference (or the major differences) between each of the Traveller versions?

"T1? T2? T3? etc WTF? (2008)[edit]

I've *NEVER* heard of any versions of Traveller being called "Tx" except for T4, T20 and T5. Common usage is CT/MT/TNE/GT/TH. I'm adjusting the section titles to reflect common usage. Gruffty - Hivers: If you tolerate us, then your children will be next... 08:42, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

Yeah-no-sorry about that, that line of reasoning didn't bear up under the two day old pizza, and those 5 cans of beer...  - Foss Altus (talk) 07:58, November 30, 2012 (UTC)

New Traveller[edit]

I think it is time to fix the “New Traveller” label for Mongoose Traveller 2e.

  • It never caught on as the label for MgT2e
  • Things labeled New will age out of that label

And finally

  • This is the only place I have seen MgT2e called “New Traveller”

What say the other editors?

... and, yes, I understand this isn’t a small task due to technology and cargo. —¿philoserf? (talk) 09:22, 6 August 2020 (EDT)

FTR: I still think this is something we should fix. —¿philoserf? (talk) 21:21, 30 August 2021 (EDT)

Cepheus Engine[edit]

Is it time to add Cepheus Engine to the list? DriveThru RPG —¿philoserf? (talk) 09:40, 6 August 2020 (EDT)

Edition column[edit]

The edition column does not correspond to any edition numbering outside this wiki. I propose it be removed and any references to these editions be removed from articles. —¿philoserf? (talk) 09:41, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
