This is incorrect at 1105. Serue (1221) is Non-Aligned though it is coveted by the Ascendancy Pact. It is possible that by 1116, the Rebellion Era that the world is approached for annexation by AP. Perhaps the duplicate Serue (1224 and 1225) are being mistaken for the original Serue (1221)? The Pakkrat 10/17/2015
