Milieu 0 gives Core 0128 as:

 0128  Sheki  C559344-9  Lo  923  K0 V  Chirper

Pocket Empires Library Data gives Core 0128 as "Protalus (0128 Core B559463-B)", and has a naval base, apparently sourced from Periodical: MegaTraveller Travellers' Digest No. 9. I'd simply note that sometime between the founding of the third Imperium and today, the world's name has changed.
