The Library data entries appear to be pulling from the GURPS Book of the same name. Only checked half a dozen or so, but all are incorrect. Probably down to similar book name. The issue being, is if you click on one, the entry shows doubled up in the References & Contributors section and is pulling the page numbers in from the GURPS book and showing that against the Mongoose book.
Not sure what to do.
