Presumably the many systems in Far Frontiers subsectors B, C, F, and G that begin with a consonant and apostrophe -- M'rehng, D'rehlz, S'bumbar, ec. -- are named by the Kelvara? They don't match Zdetl or Anglic, and anyway the organized nations are clearly avoiding the region in which these names are localised (though the Zhodani have a client state naval base right in the middle at Zeyiri...). Vlazhdumecta are/were active here, but it doesn't seem to fit them either. Tildeh, given in the article as the Kelvara world of origin, is in this region, so may we assume that they named these systems?
