I don't want to start revising this article gratuiously, but it contradicts what little canonical information we have on the subject in a couple of ways. I thought I'd list them here and let the original author see what he wants to do with it before I started mucking about with it.

  • The name is Knowln, not Knowin.
  • The name of the count in the GTU in 1120 is Steros Hamil Knowln. The default date of these articles is 1116, so if this Count dies in the next four years, Steros could be his son. Otherwise, I suggest retconning the name. The 'Hamil' would be his mother's family name, so if he's the son, the current count would be married to <first name><another family name> Hamil.
  • The count of Celepina is the liege of the Marquis of Aramis. The county would therefore include the Marquisate of Aramis.
  • When a family holds more than one title, they're usually all held by the head of the family and the lesser titles are used by courtesy by the heirs in order. (Suggestion: The second title (held by the heir) can often be one associated with the family name, i.e. in this case Marquis Knowln (q.v. Norris who is 'Count Aledon')). If these titles are held by the count's siblings, it would mean that he doesn't have any children, which would seem to be contradicted by the existence of Steros. If they are held by the siblings in their own right, there has to be quite an unusual story behind.

Finally, not a contradiction as such, but counts are usually associated with economically powerful worlds, population level 8 or 9 or even 10. Zivije would be a much more suitable world for a count to be associated with. An explanation of why it's Celepina and not Zivije is an exception would be nice.

Historical note: Zivije was held by the Khatami family back in 600. No reason why it can't have changed hands since, of course, but still worth a mention.
