A Strong World is an independent, interstellar-capable or technic world which developed (or survived) from its own resources, surrounded by wilderness.
Description (Specifications)
Strong worlds typically influence, but do not control, neighboring systems, proportional to its Importance rating: a strong world with Importance +4 influences worlds within a 4-parsec radius around it.
