Sophont Codes are four-letter codes used in IISS documentation to denote various sophont species.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

When duplicates appear, one letter is shifted to make a difference. Grammatical symbols and non-letter symbols are replaced with a capital X. Letters are left as such.

  • For instance, A'ach'en converts to AXac as the apostrophe is converted to a X.
