Seminary has a tainted unbreathably thin atmosphere and very little surface water. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. This world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions make it dangerous to visitors. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Mimu Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Lancian Cultural Region and the Domain of Vland. Seminary, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. During the Long Night this world was named Ashle Mi.

History and background

Seminary is the spiritual home and training ground for a small religious movement known as the 'Host of the Holy Union'. The group is a militant evangelical organization which has sent numerous missionaries sector-wide to convert the local populace. Their zealous approach and questionable activities have led to a number of serious, violent clashes with various populations and local police. The world has very little to offer the traveller, whether trader or tourist.
