Editing QuikLink Interactive

[[QuikLink Interactive]] was founded in 1998 AD by [[Hunter Gordon]] to sell his pre-existing browser support program, Quiklink Explorer. In 1999, it acquired Generic Role-Playing for Internet Players ([[GRiP]]), a software package to allow groups to play RPGs over the internet, and shortly after that licensed Traveller for use with GRIP.

== Description ([[Specifications]]) ==
QuikLink Interactive turned out a number of important Traveller products and kept the flame burning after the GURPS Traveller line began to dwindle. It really helped establish [[Martin Dougherty]] as one of the most prolific of Traveller authors. Hunter's embrace of new technologies helped to launch several forums and formed the foundation of the [[Traveller RPG Wiki]].

== History & Background / Dossier ==
In 2001, [[Marc Miller]] granted Hunter and QuickLink Interactive a Traveller licence. Hunter's plan was to produce a Traveller version using the new Wizards of the Coast D20 game system under their D20 System licence. The Traveller's Handbook was published in 2002 with much fanfare and good reviews.
