I think that this race might be a Peter Gray creation based on the Sabinar Federation article.

Response (2021)[edit]
The presence of the race and the renaming of the world as "Lawn" is from Regency Sourcebook, but the Ebur name and the "vegetarian" thing is indeed Peter Gray, from 2009 on the TNE-RCES Mailing List. Updates pending.
