This amorphous, Quadrupedal "blob" are known in the Hinterworlds Sector as the Outcasts of the Whispering Sky.
- However, they are more commonly known and referred to as the Stalkers for their unrelenting pursuit of and aggression against invaders to regions of space that they have claimed.

The Stalker military is known as the Xenophobic Enforcement Agency. They have a strange assortment of space craft pressed into service to protect their territorial possessions. There is no real navy, just squadrons of system defense vessels assigned to each planet.
