In the real universe atomic element 118 was provisionally named Ununoctium when it was first discovered, and it is highly unstable.
As of 2016, IUPAC has announced the official name of Element 118 as Oganesson (after Russian physicist Yuri Oganessian). Apparently 3000 years of evolution of the Anglic language has altered the morphology a bit.
