History & Background (Dossier)

Onllae Roungo was first settled during the Vargr Second Diaspora. Unlike some Vargr agrarian worlds where the population spreads out, the people of Onllae Roungo settled in four clusters, at which cities emerged, each home to roughly two million inhabitants. Each city desired leadership of the entire planet, and numerous wars followed. Eventually the Seaknouth family emerged victorious.
