Ngersouluekorruk is a nonindustrial fluid world.

  • A fluid world has an oceanic geography of a liquid other than water such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids.
  • It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
  • It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by Vargr sophonts located in the Fanganger Subsector of Gvurrdon Sector.

Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]

Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]

Ngersouluekorruk is covered almost entirely by water, except for three small islands.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

This world was first colonised in 821 by several packs of rich Vargr who no longer wanted to be tied down by trade restrictions imposed by the Society of Equals.

In 1080 the government allied with the Nation of Urukhu for mutual defence. However, when the Urukhu bacame isolationist, Ngersouluekorruk joined the government of Ozago to form the Fanganger Federation.

Urbanization[edit]

Cities have been established on two of the three islands, with the starport built on the third. Gravitic vehicles provide transport between these islands. The cities were protected from the atmosphere by high-tech pressure domes; one of them, named Lluzadhoe, is a self-contained biosphere dedicated to farming and food production -- including thakak and turrvagh. Marine life is also farmed from external facilities.

Population[edit]

Ngersouluekorruk has a population of 65,000. Visitors are welcome, but only the richest and most successful individuals are permitted to live or work here on a permanent basis. The inhabitants are highly elitist.
