The Ministry of Technologyis an Imperial ministry charged with oversight of technological advancement and research stations within the Third Imperium.

The mission of the Ministry of Technology overlaps with the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Conservation.

Mission

The Ministry of Technology is tasked with the following missions:

• Oversight of the operations of Imperial research stations
• Oversight of research and development departments of major universities within the Third Imperium

The Ministry of Technology also performs the following task:

• Provides technical staff and experts to:
  • The Ancients Foundation
  • The Imperial Military
  • The Imperial Interstellar Scout Service (IISS)

Description

The Imperial Ministry of Technology is concerned with improvements in the techology of the Imperium.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Ministry is rumored to conduct industrial espionage operations against the Megacorporations, to prevent any one from developing an innovation to which the Imperium does not have access.
