There are several military units within the Unofficial (world) system. The size of these units are small because of the lower population base upon which to recruit and train forces.
Description (Specifications)
Unofficial (world) military units includes 20 battalions organized into the equivalent of one army division, of 10,000 men. Each nation organizes one of the regimental sized units along nationalistic lines with a muster strength of 2,500 men per country. The relatively tiny surviving population surviving the great wars, prompted the formation of Confederacy to prevent the extinction of the humans in the system.

History & Background (Dossier)
During the successive pulses of colonization, dark ages and rebirth aliens and humans have mingled within the Unofficial (world) system, for several thousand years. Recorded history chronicling all of the military units and campaigns are largely missed due to the extreme fratricidal nature of some of the conflicts.
