Michael J. Maley, also known as Darkhstarr, is a Traveller author, contributor, and fan.

Description (Biography)
He published Tortuga, a website with information from his Piracy Campaign based primarily in Paranoia Press' Beyond and Vanguard Reaches sectors.
- It is a very engaging background created in the spirit of Classic Traveller and based during and just after the 5th Frontier War.
- It uses an alternate timeline in which Emperor Strephon was never assassinated.
