History & Background (Dossier)
Marc Miller's Traveller or T4 was replaced in 1998 by GURPS Traveller and in 2002 by T20 a D20 version of Traveller, in 2007 by Traveller Hero and in 2009 by Mongoose Traveller.
Meta-history & Background
The publication of this edition suffered from notoriously poor writing and editing, which required the subsequent printing of 25 pages worth of errata. Despite that there are a lot of good ideas. With the errata, and avoiding some of the pitfalls of the game, this is a very decent version of Traveller.
