The Mal'Gnar class Assault Skiff is a TL–12 passenger smallcraft.

Description (Specifications)

Built for the Ma'Gnar Primarchic at Mal'Gnar El (The Beyond 3002 A864727-C), this is designed as a minimalistic TL–12 interface spacecraft capable of delivering small teams of special forces. They are carried by the 100 ton Primarch class Ketch. The hull is a streamlined needle/wedge fitted with fuel scoops for wilderness ocean refueling. A model 1 computer is mounted with the bridge. They are built inexpensively and deployed in vast numbers. The carry a crew of one: pilot/missile gunner. The squad of 12 marines is lead by a junior officer trained in forward observation, who is assisted by a senior NCO. They are equipped with chameleon combat armor, grav belts and Gauss weapons. They use a flight grav harness which allows them to use their wings to fly, their armor has titanium and carbon fiber talon augmentation which makes them deadly auto-mechanical rending claws in close combat. On demand, ortillery fire support is provided by the Skiff's triple missile racks. Addition battery rounds are often kept in the cargo bay.
