A Lockpick Set is a tool kit containing a set of crafted physical lockpicks, abrasives, files and other tools to allow access and repair of secure installations. Lockpicks are illegal on worlds of law level 8+. A locksmith set of a given Tech Level cannot be used against types of locks of higher Tech Levels, but it may be used against a lock of a higher Tech Level if it is equipped to deal with that type of lock.
