History & Background (Dossier)
Survey Shuttles were constructed in great numbers at Terran-controlled shipyards throughout the Interstellar Wars period. Large numbers were transported to the Expedition's private port facilities in the empty systems lying to rimward of Terra. Once there, their fitting out was completed they were laid up against the Expedition's future needs.
