Kulkulkan, subsector P ofthe Solomani Rim Sector, is entirely contained within the Solomani Confederation. Nearly half of the subsector population concentrated on one world, Kulkulcan, which was the only world colonized before the establishment of the Solomani Autonomous Region.

Kukulkan, subsector P of Solomani Rim contains 25 worlds with an estimated population of 86 billion, a per capita income of Cr5,827, and a total economy is BCr501,879. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr7,263 through 24 starports (14 Class A, 4 Class B, 3 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 1,014,095 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, five Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Kukulkan maintain five Naval bases, and five Military bases. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 14 at Thetis (Solomani Rim 2538).

Kukulkan, subsector P of Solomani Rim contains 36 stars and 279 identified planets; 15 monostellar systems, nine binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 22 of the 25 systems (88%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, three Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, no Vacuum (Va) worlds, and three Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Kukulkan has an estimated population of 86 billion distributed across seven High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, four Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Kukulcan (Solomani Rim 2835). The population consists of 2 sophont groups.

Solomani Confederation

The Solomani Confederation has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 86 billion, a per capita income of Cr5,827, and a total economy is BCr501,879. The governments in Solomani Confederation maintain five Naval bases, and five Military bases. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 14 at Thetis (Solomani Rim 2538).

The Solomani Confederation has an estimated population of 86 billion distributed across seven High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, four Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Kukulcan (Solomani Rim 2835). The population consists of 2 sophont groups.

Recently, Kukulcan's economy has suffered the results of a trade war with the Thetis-Laputa Coalition. This economic alliance controls the major trade routes crossing the border to the Imperium, and extending toward the Near Boötes Cluster and deeper into the Solomani Sphere. Although such large scale rivalries are not permitted in the Imperium, interworld factionalism such as this is common within the Solomani Confederation.

Scipio is a self-interdicted colony of Solomani anti-technologists, rejecting all technology except that known on Terra before spaceflight. Finding no means of isolating themselves from the universe on Terra, they were forced to choose a less inviting world.
