History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Krohn class Dreadnoughts form the main battle line for the Principality of Mavuzo naval forces. They are one of the largest warships in the sector and represent a substantial allocation of funds and resources, manpower and raw materials. It was joked that the naval training academies entire graduating class of commissioned officers is required to fill just one of these ships officer billets. They take years to build and the some jeer that it takes years to destroy them. They have a legendary ability to absorb hits and keep going, refusing to die, weapons blazing. To date none have been lost in battle. They may spend a year in dry dock for repairs, but none have been completely destroyed. The two fighter squadrons are used for screening, missile defense and system recon and patrol.
