History & Background (Dossier)

Although the planet is off limits to Imperial citizens, the corporations controlling the system have made contact with the Kolipians. Some bands of natives have entered the belting communities along the Karse-Vendtup frontier amidst Human crews, on trace atmosphere moons and such.
