Kiirindor, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight and the fiefdom of a baron. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. The system supports both an Imperial Naval Base and a Scout Base with the additional starship traffic.

Kiirindor's atmosphere is tainted with excess carbon dioxide, which warms it pleasantly but makes breathing difficult. The inhabitants cultivate much greenery in and around their homes to offset this.
