History & Background (Dossier)

With an exploding population and poorly managed resources civil unrest has meant the ruling religious party of Khagish has had to declare a state of emergency. Enacting emergency powers to restrict access to weapons and restricting civil liberties, they are attempting to head off the possibility of armed or violent protests by the disgruntled population. The Imperial scout base on the planet has increased its security and recently sent a request to increase staff levels to maintain its duties in the subsector.

Khagish, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of three members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.
