Kaa Hakh is a barren world with no overt population, government, or law level.
- This world could be populated if anyone had an inclination to do so...
- It is a part of the Sath Exploration program in the Ikhasha Subsector of Gulf Sector, which is part of the Distant Fringe.
Astrography and Planetology
This world is part of the Hak'tha Spread, a small open cluster of systems lying to rimward-trailing of the Distant Fringe proper.

System data
The primary is Thash, a dim red main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 0.007 Sols, a mass of 0.331 Sols, and a diameter of 498,000 km. (I) a trace atmosphere iceworld, (II) a sparse rocky planetoid belt, (III) a small ringed gas giant, (IV) a large gas giant, (V) Saak Ka, a radworld: Kaa Hakh is its only satellite and is designated the mainworld, and (VI) a small ice giant form the outer system. Saak Ka and all of the giant worlds retain satellites.
The companion is Kha'tak, an L-type brown dwarf with a diameter of 90,000 km. It orbits Thash at a mean distance of 42.4 AU (orbital position (X), 6.34 billion km) and has an orbital period of 479 years 322 days. (I) a vacuum worldlet, (III) a small gas giant, and (IV) a vacuum worldlet form the outer system – orbital position (II) is empty. The giant world retains satellites.
(I) Saak Ka
(I) Saak Ka is classified as a radworld and has a UWP of Y6A0000-0. It orbits Thash at a mean distance of 0.97 AU (145.1 million km), within the outer system, and has an orbital period of 1 year 241 days and a rotation period of 32 days 18 hours. The axial tilt is 33 degrees. Saak Ka has a diameter of 9,554 km, a density of 7.22 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.97 G. The world is extremely geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Exotic, with a mean surface pressure of 2.26 bar and a composition of 89% nitrogen, 9% carbon dioxide, 1% argon, and 1% carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, neon and other trace gases. Background radiation levels exceed 200 mSv across the world. Saak Ka has no hydrographics. Mean surface temperature: -164°C. The atmosphere is turbulent and powerful weather systems, driven by the star and local conditions, surge across the globe. The climate is seasonal and weather patterns follow regular cycles during the local year.
(-) Kaa Hakh
(-) Kaa Hakh is designated the mainworld and orbits primary at a mean distance of X.X AU (XX million km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of XX days XX hours and a rotation period of XX hours. The axial tilt is XX degrees. Kaa Hakh has a diameter of 3,238 km, a density of 3.05 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.14 G. The world is geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Trace, with a mean surface pressure of 0.06 bar and a composition of 99% nitrogen and 1% carbon monoxide, methane and other minimal trace gases. Approximately 22% of the surface is covered in a thick crust of nitrogen ice and water ice: the atmosphere resulted from evaporation of nitrogen from the surface. Mean surface temperature: −237°C.

World starport
Kaa Hakh has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
World technology level
Kaa Hakh possesses a Technology Level of TL–0.
- These worlds often contain a Proto-Sophont species beginning to establish a nascent civilization and society.
- This world is in its Alpha Period and has not yet been interfered with by a higher technology civilization.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Bodily communicative apparati, courier-runners, and smoke signals.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Bodily muscle.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Bodily locomotion, riding beasts, and litters or sedan chairs.
- Water: Swimming, rafts, and canoes.
- Air: Typically not available unless a bodily ability.
World government
Kaa Hakh has no central government for the world, an Anarchy. The largest governmental structure would be a family, tribe, or single clan. The largest group will be between 50 and 100 individuals, and there may be dozens to hundreds of them. This governmental structure can be stable over long periods of time if the population remains small or geographically separated.
