Description (Astrography & Planetology)

Imperial naval procurement was having several obsolete dreadnaughts decommissioned at the fleet depot.

  • Due to a mix up twenty large meson spinal mounts were shipped here by mistake.
  • By the time the confusion had cleared local authorities had installed several deep meson sites on the moons of the gas giants and several in the asteroid belt.
  • The existence of these weapons was made top secret afterward.
  • By local standards the weapons are quite advanced.
  • Local system defense has been uneventful as a result.

Native Sophont (NIL): Darmine

Ishaq is home to the Darmine, a minor human race.

  • The Darmine are not radically different from their Terran counterparts.
  • Like the Vilani or the Zhodani, any differences are minor. Interbreeding over the millennia has also helped to "wash out" some of the characteristics developed by the Darmine on Ishag.
