The Independence of the Stars class Interstellar Liner is a TL–15 Interstellar Liner.
Description (Specifications)
It is a vessel with 4-G and J-4 performance. The vast cargo holds listed are misleading. Much of this extra space is fitted out as theaters, casinos, lounges, vast dining halls and other entertainment and resort services. There is more than enough cargo space left over for passengers' luggage.
This design is strictly civilian and is fitted with no defenses and no weapons. It has a basic defensive suite.
The ship carries ten 100 ton shuttles to allow ocean refueling, ferry crew, cargo and passengers from surface to orbit. In case of emergency they carry thirty 100 ton fully streamlined Model 292 class Life Boats.
