Iiradu Subsector is a relatively high-technology subsector - there are five systems at TL–15. The area is predominantly industrial, and is an agricultural desert, as there are only two agricultural worlds within the borders of the Duchy.

Description (Specifications)

The Iiradu Subsector is defended by 187th Fleet.

This subsector is also fairly heavily Vilani in sympathy, and it is in this region that much of the opposition to Sector Duchess Karyn Viisarikaa's policies of economic deregulation has been encountered.

Subsector Summary: 1105

Iiradu, subsector D of Dagudashaag contains 33 worlds with an estimated population of 98 billion, a per capita income of Cr15,719, and a total economy is BCr1,554,725. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr24,537 through 33 starports (5 Class A, 12 Class B, 16 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 4,369,835 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, six Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, five Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, five Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Iiradu maintain ten Scout bases, six Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Iiradu (Dagudashaag 3008).

Iiradu, subsector D of Dagudashaag contains 46 stars and 359 identified planets; 21 monostellar systems, 11 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 25 of the 33 systems (75%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, six Poor (Po) worlds, six Vacuum (Va) worlds, and three Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Iiradu has an estimated population of 98 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 16 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Iiradu (Dagudashaag 3008). The population consists of 2 sophont groups including one native sophont.

Third Imperium

The Third Imperium has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated combined population of 98 billion, a per capita income of Cr15,719, and a total economy of BCr1,554,725. The governments in the Third Imperium maintain ten Scout bases, six Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Iiradu (Dagudashaag 3008).

The Third Imperium has an estimated population of 98 billion within the subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 16 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Iiradu (Dagudashaag 3008). The population consists of 2 sophont groups including one native sophont.
