History & Background (Dossier)

Non-canon: The locally nobility did not take kindly to the 200th Fleet command over-looking this planet as a site for an imperial Naval Base. They decided to showcase their local technology and boatyards by building a squadron of their own fighters to impress the fleet admirals. The shipyards can support 76,000 tons of construction and there are 120 battalions of troops in the home guard. They also are very proud of their locally built M-47 Bonnet Head ACV MBT. This AFV is a hover tank with a stabilized, turreted 9cm mass driver and target memory TAC missile system. The APC in this family features a VRF Gauss gun.

Home to a squadron of fighter/interceptors. The Swift Reapers use a class of primitive, locally produced fighter. The Swift Reaper Class Fighter is popular with their proud crews and these pilots take their duties seriously. It is civic pride rather than military effectiveness. The local colonial forces humor them. Stand out pilots from this tiny system navy occasionally are invited to fly fighters for the imperial fleet. Some have requested transfers back. They would prefer to stay home as heroes and defend their own planet than be seen as tiny cogs in the huge imperial navy.
