Aslan from the Hierate, both clans of the Tlaukhu and otherwise, are moving into the region and developing its systems. Part of the sector is considered Hierate space, known as the Foseakh Outstate, while Steaakh Yeasaol is controlled by a Hierate clan with patronage over the locals. The Etra have maintained their independence, while the Khosarliyh is a non-Hierate Aslan polity that has claimed almost an entire Quadrant of the sector.
