The Heyan Rose class Freight Tractor is a TL–14 jump-capable Freight Tractor.
Description
Tractor vessels are an economic proposition where bulk or single destination cargoes are concerned. The Heyden Rose is an example of a ship capable of hauling a single 300 ton cargo pod. Time to load and unload the pod can be done separately from the normal ship operations, saving time.
With a loaded pod attached, the Hayden Rose is capable of only a 1G acceleration and a jump-2 operation.
Basic Ship Characteristics
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (...of ten subcraft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (...thousands of tons) where necessary.
