Glisten Subsector is Subsector O of Spinward Marches Sector.
The Glisten subsector is an isolated spur of the lmperial xboat network; until 940, it was a backwater for marginal officials of the lmperial bureaucracy. However, in 941 District 268 was opened by decree of Margaret II and has since served as a base for the colonization of the new territory. [1]
Glisten has emerged as one of the Marches manufacturing centers, containing three industrial worlds of Aki, Ffudn, and Glisten. [2]

There are one Asteroid (As) belt, four Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, seven Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.
Glisten has an estimated population of 22 billion distributed across four High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 19 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Glisten (Spinward Marches 2036), Tirem (Spinward Marches 2233), Crout (Spinward Marches 2232), and Aki (Spinward Marches 2035).
