Description (Astrography & Planetology)
Gangollghaer / Terruer (Gzaefueg 2806) B564000-A Di {1} (C00+1) [117B] 204 6W NaVa F6 V was the second victim in -1426 when the same starship carrying the geneered bioweapon Wolvesbane Project from Gashikan Sector, released by the Second Empire of Gashikan. The virus targeting only the lupine Vargr race was still contagious and infected the Downport and spread like wildfire over the mainworld to fulfill its weaponized design. Scans from orbit the following year confirmed that the quarantine line in the Drr'lana Network had somehow been bypassed. Gangollghaer, like Ekaez before it was declared a total loss and a Die Back (Di) world and off-limits should Wolvesbane still be active on the mainworld surface.

History & Background (Dossier)
Before its demise, Ganghollghaer was in its time home to one of six Psionic Institutes of Gzaefueg Sector. The Suedzuk (and few Urzaeng) Psions there were unable to save the local Population and died trying. The Ganghollgaer Institute of Mysteries is one of two ‘destroyed’ Psionic Institutes, but instead of fear of psionics, Wolvesbane was the destructor. The Institute was one of the earlier and poorly-funded centers of psionics instruction and never had a sizeable student body before the infection which devastated the entire population. Psionic equipment and aids were imported from Ekaez (Gzaefueg 2904) before its own demise earlier the same year.
Blockaded by the mere warning of Wolvesbane, Gangollghaer has lain uncolonized by the Urzaeng and Suedzuk though some brave but illegal scavengers have since then landed and picked through the forgotten ruins. Ganghollghaer was last rated as TL-A, and the Downport had a rating of B. If Wolvesbane could be properly tested and the mainworld found clean of the bioweapon, it is believed that Ganghollghaer could be recolonized, giving new life to the Terruerr Terminus, (the snubbed stellar peninsula of Terruerr Subsector). Valuable texts and data, though dated, still reside in the libraries and Library data of Ganghollghaer Institute of Mysteries. In the right claws, this information could restart the Psionic Institute or be transported to another world to erect a new Institute.
World Starport
Gangollghaer Den has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
