Gamelords, Ltd. were the former makers of the Thieves Guild RPG and numerous adventures as well as having a Traveller licence. It was founded by Kerry Lloyd, Rich Meyer, Janet Trautvetter, and Michael Watkins. Gamelords folded around 1985 and the assets were sold to Tadashi Ehara of Chaosium. Illustrator Wallace Miller died in 1984, while partner Kerry Lloyd died in 1988. Later, a company of the same name released the Metascape RPG system by Blake Mobley, David Webb, and Anthony Pryor. Blake Mobley (from Meeker, Colorado) formerly wrote AD&D material for TSR.
