Question: What is the procedure for recommending new categories and adding them to pages? For example, I thought it might make sense to add a scout base category to those systems which contain scout bases. In that way, you would have a category page with all systems containing scout bases. Similar categories could be establish for naval bases and other features, such as red zones.

- Usually creation of categories like your suggestions have been at the discretion of the person wanting them. I have no objections, and in fact would like to see such a thing.
- I would use a category name like Worlds with a Scout Base, and make sure you link the category page to the Category: worlds to create the category tree.
