Lets list the point of concerns here; by sector.
 
Generally, I'll name a [[cluster]] to a group of five or more [[world]]s that are within J-1 connectivity. There are some exceptions to groupings of smaller size. 
 
Naming the cluster is a combination of the highest Importance Extension (as per T5 SS) [[starport]]/[[tech level]] and a minor smattering of name interest. The names listed are by no means the only names possible, but will most likely "stick" unless there is a previous name mentioned in the multitude of published data (which I plan on eventually digging into).
