Hello,

  After a conversation with Mr. Miller, I was asked to update the Domain of Deneb page.
  I created a user name, "Commander Truestar" and attempted to upload the file "DomainOfDenebHeraldry.jpg"
  However, it seems I cannot reach Tools - Upload

Can anyone assist?

Upload privileges require you have a confirmed email address. When you try to confirm your email the system sends you a email with a link. Unfortunately the link is invalid, it needs to be "https" not just "http". Once you fix the link and get the confirmation from the site you should be able to upload images.
