As part of the ongoing wiki maintenance I've upgraded the Dynamic Page List (DPL) the the latest version (3.1.0). I've upgraded this because the older version had a few interesting problems.

One of the ongoing issues with the DPL, old version and new versions, is the section transclusion can not handle section names with ampersands (&).

The Template: Summary of page is one of the templates using this functionality. This allows auto-copying a section of a page, as given by the headers, into another page.
